1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and AI Eh-B'y, of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada ("we", "us"). They apply when you use:
- this website, ai-eh-by.ca, including its booking and contact forms;
- AI Eh-B'y Studio at studio.ai-eh-by.ca; and
- the AI Eh-B'y Google sign-in shown when you sign in to a sandbox (test) version of one of our apps.
By using any of them, or by choosing "Continue with Google" on one of their sign-in screens, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Each of our apps has its own terms. Those terms, not these, govern your use of the app itself, including its sandbox version.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 14 years old. If you use them for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
AI Eh-B'y Studio and app sandboxes are private: only people we invite may use them.
3. The service
This website describes our AI automation, consulting and training services, lets you book a meeting with a member of our team and lets you send us a message. Booking a meeting does not create a contract for paid services; any paid work is agreed separately, in writing.
Information on this website is general. It is not legal, financial, technical or other professional advice for your situation.
To cancel or change a booking, decline or reply to the calendar invitation, or write to us at support@ai-eh-by.ca.
4. Accounts
This website has no accounts. AI Eh-B'y Studio and app sandboxes use Google sign-in only; we never see or store your Google password. Keep your Google account secure, and tell us at once at support@ai-eh-by.ca if you believe someone else has used your access. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
5. Your content
What you send us (booking details, messages, and in AI Eh-B'y Studio any notes or settings you enter) stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and use it only to provide the service, answer you and keep our systems secure, as our Privacy Policy describes. Do not send us information you do not have the right to share.
The website, its text, design, logos and the AI Eh-B'y name belong to AI Eh-B'y. You may not copy or reuse them except to view and share links to our pages.
6. Acceptable use
Do not:
- make bookings or send messages in someone else's name, or that you do not intend to keep or mean;
- send spam, harassment, malware or unlawful content;
- use automated tools to submit forms, scrape the site or overload it;
- try to get around rate limits, access controls or security, or reach data you were not given access to;
- use our services to break the law or anyone's rights.
We may refuse, cancel or remove anything that breaks these rules.
7. AI Eh-B'y Studio
AI Eh-B'y Studio is an internal workplace tool for our team and for clients we invite. Your access is limited to the role and apps we give you, and we may change or end it at any time.
- Use it only for your work with AI Eh-B'y.
- Keep what you see there confidential: app details, costs, user counts, survey results and notes are not for sharing outside AI Eh-B'y or your organization's engagement with us, unless we agree in writing.
- Do not share your access, and sign out on shared devices.
Changes to memberships, invitations, settings and the app list are recorded in an audit log, with who made them.
8. App sandboxes
Sandbox versions of our apps are test environments for people we invite. They may be unstable, change without notice, lose data or be reset. Do not rely on them, and do not put in information you cannot afford to lose. The app's own terms and privacy policy apply to everything inside the app.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep our services available, but they may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance. Booking times are offered subject to our team's availability; we may need to move or cancel a booking, and will tell you if we do.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, our website, AI Eh-B'y Studio and app sandboxes are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AI Eh-B'y is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of these services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross or intentional fault.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using these services at any time. To have your booking, messages, Studio records or sandbox sign-in account deleted, write to privacy@ai-eh-by.ca; our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted. We may suspend or end your access to AI Eh-B'y Studio or an app sandbox at any time, in particular if you break these terms.
Sections 5, 10, 11 and 14 continue to apply after your use ends.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new version number and effective date. If a change is material, we will tell AI Eh-B'y Studio and sandbox users directly before it takes effect. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree to the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador, unless the law of the place where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
If you are a consumer in Quebec, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code of Québec, and any clause that the law does not allow to apply to you does not apply to you. The same is true for consumer protection laws in any other province.
Before going to court, please write to us at support@ai-eh-by.ca so we can try to solve the problem.

These terms are available in English only for now.
